DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been here for 3 years! They tow your car even if it’s in the right spot. If you *forget* your parking permit, as if they don’t have the system to check, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY JUST TO HAVE A PARKING SPOT IN THE FIRST PLACE! There’s no street parking. I had to put up a sign in my car just to be on the safe side because their cheap plastic permit BROKE.l and they expect ME TO BUY A NEW ONE FOR $15. I should not have to have a piece of plastic in order to park in a spot that I PAY FOR. They don’t make proper repairs to the units and don’t even respond to repair requests for weeks. Some of the washers MIGHT have hot water but often times don’t. The office staff is very cold and does not care about anything you have to say. Definitely following up with corporate because I had to pay $330 to get my car back for parking in my OWN DESIGNATED SPOT. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENTS

Tow company is stealing cars calling their homies into the apartments late at night please be careful! Get camera in your cars they’ll take it right out your parking spot.. the apartment cameras don’t work and security is nowhere to be seen... do not move here!

One star, and consider that one star to much. Lived here about 5 years now. I pay an additional $25 a month for a reserved parking spot but it's under a shaded area, so I can't really complain. They do have a roach problem outdoors, not fun walking to your unit to be surprised by a huge roach walking across your path. Luckily I keep my place clean so I haven't had one inside my apartment...yet. You sign a year contract, and you expect to pay the same amount while you're under that contract for that year, but an unexpected $75 charge additional a month shows up even before your contract ends. Five years later, I'm now paying $200 a month more. The floors in the unit is horrible, I can deal with the squeaking but definitely a safety concern when it's rotting floor boards in the bathroom. Save yourself the stress and money.

Negatives: You are only given 1 parking space. If you need a second space, it’s $25 additional per month. This takes over a year to get. You do have to get up fairly early on mondays and fridays to get the pass. Which if you work long hours or don’t have some one that can wait in line for you, it can get very frustrating very fast. In the meantime you are expected to park on the street which (surprise) they give parking tickets randomly. There have also been quite a few car brake ins. When we moved in we were told “well, it’s cheaper then getting your car towed”. They do not close the front gate AT ALL. A lot of this places issues can be resolved by this. Because they do not close the gate, random people come in. Expect to see people rummaging through the dumpsters making a mess, homeless walking about, non residence using the amenities. My biggest issue is having to look around in the early hours of the morning or night because you never know who is going to be walking about. Tow trucks are here basically daily with no one calling them. They will tow your vehicle out of your own spot if you do not have your parking permit FULLY SHOWING. Even though that vehicle is registered to that spot. We have had our car towed twice. That’s over $1,000. Yes I do think they need to tow people who are in other peoples spots, but they shouldn’t be allowed to tow to make money. That’s wrong. One night I saw 3 tow truck pull in and make rounds. Some residents do not pick up after their pets. It’s used to be very bad but has gotten better over the year. I just with they would enforce this better. Some residents let there kids roam around and play where they shouldn’t such as pool area, stair cases and areas that are not meant to be playgrounds such as the outdoor gym and gardens. Washing machine area is a mess. I understand residents have a lot to do with this. You can’t expect a complex with this many apartments to be able to do laundry with only two laundry areas. Only one security guard on duty for the whole property and they can generally be seen in there car sitting in the front most part of the night not patrolling the property. Positives: Office is fairly responsive. If you need something fixed they do it in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and do go out of their way to try to answer any questions. Impeccable grounds keeping. This was a major part of our move in decision. Grass is generally kept mowed and landscaping is very lush. Lots of shaded pathways and lawn areas to walk and relax. They have a dog park and playground along with two pools as well as an outdoor workout area. Beside cabinet and appliances being outdated, the apartments are in fairly good condition. They are also fairly spacious compared to what we have seen. Upper floor has carpeting and lower floor has wood floors. We have central AC which helps in this hot area. Residents are friendly. Everyone seems to keep to themselves. Have never had any issues here. Have had to call security a few times on some loud guests/non residents but other then that, everyone’s nice. Over all it’s a decently priced place to live. Rent goes up annually which we were told before moving in. When we moved in it was around 1250. Now it’s noticeably higher. But out off all the apartments in the area, this one seems to be the best value for the space.
