Roaches everywhere , broken things never replaced until I had to call many times . They towed cars even it’s not illegal parking nor parked on somebody’s else spot . Leasing lady is rude she only know how to threaten tenants . Walk in the unit anytime in the name of 24 hr inspection , and hard to call management to report . Custodian is scared doesn’t want to get involved nor say things. Was fined and spent unnecessary expenses no tenant’s right here. I want justice . No star for this community

Dumb place has way to many bugs.CAR Tow for no reason.Boring place not aloud to have pets without paying.CAR GETS TOW FOR “not parking in the right parking spot” When PARKING IN THE RIGHT SPOT.DUMB KIDS

The leasing agent does not know how to do her job ! One day she says one thing then she makes changes without giving a notice. The lights outside the apartments don't ever work always leaks of water everywhere. Shes never In the office , even if u try and call ahead no answer through the phone. Definitely do not recommend renting here unless they change the leasing agent.

There lot of rats and cockaroches and cats the maintenance does not care and when u tell them I have a problem they won’t help u and blame you for no reason and I will get warning the pool never opens and it’s always black or green the manager is never in her office and lack of green grass but the inside are nice but the roches and rats ruin it oh and possems and the nighbors and rude and annoying lots of ppl like to smoke and it always smells I don’t recommend and the kids are annoying “Africa” she’s a little girl I also don’t recommend this place cuz of the rats baii
