Breathtaking beauty. Pine trees abound the space. Bird and wildlife are plentiful and this place has a lake front private beach that is truly something to behold. There rates are the best I've found for up in big bear. The staff is fun and professional. And every kid left with a smile on there face. The adults seemed peaceful and relaxed as well. So great food. Beautiful setting. Fun place and its affordable to boot.

The Camp Big Bear pool is not available for that type of use. The Santa Monica Family YMCA pool, located at 1332 6th St, SM, is available for members only. We do not sell day passes. Membership prices and information about joining can be found our website at ymcasm.org At this time we require swimmers to make reservations for 45 minute swim times. Information about reservations is also on our website. Unfortunately, we do not have a masters swim team at our location. You may want to check with the city of SM pool or another Y.
Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Our Y camp in Big Bear is not set up like the Colorado Y Camp. We don't have individual cabins for rent. Our camp works with schools, churches and other youth organizations to lease out our camp for youth camps anywhere from a few nights to a few weeks. If you are looking for a fully functional cabin/home there are many properties in Big Bear that can accommodate families of all sizes.
No, we are a resident camp design for organized groups. There are no public showers or facilities.
Are you asking if you can swim in the lake there? If so, the answer is yes. There's also a pool. Are you asking if you can swim in the lake there? If so, the answer is yes. There is also a pool.
The camp has ample facilities. 10 restrooms/shower facilities spread out over the camp.
