This is a long review, but I sincerely hope management reads it. My family has given this Costco location a few shots at redemption, but there's always been something after our visits that has made us want to cancel the membership and go somewhere else. I don't know why that is, but it is consistently a rather unpleasant experience. It seems this location has customer service all wrong, most employees at this location act like they're doing you a favor and you owe them something as soon as you step on the premises. The urge to rudely impose their authority over customers who choose to spend their hard earned money in their store doesn't deserve continued business. They forget customers don't go to this store because they have to, they do because they choose to so be nice to your customers and their loyalty. So you know what I'm talking about, here are some examples of my not-so-good experiences while shopping at this location: I have been targeted at the door to show my membership card when others behind me were just let in, I have been chased inside the store because my husband (who walked in behind me) didn't show his card after I had shown mine, I have been rushed at the cashier and embarrassed because I forgot I can't use mastercard to pay, I have had items aggressively thrown in the cart by cashiers at checkout, and the last one (which happened last week) I was stopped by employees 5 times in the same trip to show my membership or receipt as if I was stealing something. All this just shows little appreciation for my business, and mind you there's no such thing as a quick Costco trip so every time we go it's at least a $300 purchase. It's a shame because we've been members for over 10 years and this is the only location we've genuinely felt unwelcome. The only reason why we keep the membership is because of gas prices and the convenience of having this location nearby. We still go to other Costco locations and try to give this one a shot every once in a while, with little success. I hope there's change so others don't have to go through similar experiences. Thanks for your time!

i have visited this location twice over the last month, once at 11am and the other time around 5pm, and have had no sign of the flies and cow smell which people have complained about in previous reviews. the gas line wasn't too bad when i have gone and that is including the price at the pumps being lower than expected. the food court is on the inside of the warehouse as well as it being a self checkout but we did not try it yet. the employee that i have come across have been generally nice and i hope that they keep it up because overall this is a great location but the parking situation can be a bit difficult.

Definitely a brand new Costco state-of-the-art the nicest one I've seen yet and the food court is on the inside so that is nice this will be my new Costco!!

Had an appointment for Tire replacement. Sergio, the cashier/technician, was very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend Costco for tire replacement. Their prices and service are excellent. You get free rotation, balancing, flat repair, and nitrogen air for the life of the tires.

Get in line 1/2 hour before opening and run like hell.
No, it's 10% ethanol
It's inside and you can order from the computers first before picking it up. I think that's what they want customers to do now since there are a lot of computers but there is only one traditional cashier to take order here.
Will be open end of this year (2018)
There is a gas station at Costco and with a long line. To avoid the long wait in line, the best time to get gas is early morning between 6 and 8 am. But you need to be a Costco member.
No longer open at 9 am for seniors on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Some Costco stations do sell diesel, but not all. Riverside, Corona, Eastvale and San Bernardino do not. =(
The box has 18 drinks in it
Electric ones
No
I know they change car batteries, not sure they charge them through?
Hours for seniors remain 8a-10a
They went back to regular hours
Never heard before but should it.
Best to check the website.
Yes. Not sure if it was busier than normal but it took 3 or 4 hours.
Open to 7 Monday - Friday. Saturday till 6 Sunday closed
Go to Membership you can get Costco membership and apply for Costco Citicard. They will help you.
Future plans
Yes, it's located towards the exit after paying at the cashier.
There is only so much they can do. The area is known for its fly problem, and when you have open doors like Costco, you are going to suffer from the fly issues.
Application for costco
The new Costco in Eastvale is on time and scheduled to open the last weekend in June. I believe the hiring process will start next week, if it hasn't allready started. There is a membership booth setup at Hammer and The Station, south of Cantu-Galleano that will be able to give you further information.
Yes
You could go to their HR dept online and ask.
Retail
No, unless they can get 51% to vote for union.
