I stayed here for some time with my wife. Amazing place. Great service by Ivan and his team members in the leasing office. They go above and beyond to provide any assistance required to make one’s life easy. Maintenance is always quick and responsive. If you need anything just talk to Ivan and he will solve your issues. Great team at IMT. Regarding amenities, it’s great with pool and gym facility. Love the grocery shops nearby. ALDIs, Indian restaurant, Starbucks, USPS and many more shops by walking distance. It’s great for evening walks and to burn out some calories!! IMT sorrento valley won’t disappoint!!

IMT Sorrento Valley is a wonderful place to live at and rent. The grounds are always clean. (Plus it's so green! Walking my dog through the mini-neighbourhood is always so refreshing.) Parking is ample. The community is friendly while reserved - a perfect balance. The maintenance crew is friendly and prompt. The management team is courteous and diligent. I'd also like to take a moment to commend Mr. Hartgrove from the management team. Recently, there was an issue between tenants but he and his team came to an amazing solution in a short time. Quick thinking and solutions like this from management are what make IMT-SV a great place to live!

Excellent apartments, and extremely helpful staff. The amenities are top notch, and the location is great! Love the floor plans. Have had a pleasant experience living here. The maintenance team WOW, solved any of my issues within 24 hours!
