Great food, the area, well its Downtown so a lot of homeless like its gone out of hand. Still, I frequent this place cause the employees are great and food hot and ready pretty fast.

Drive thru for dinner. Burgers were tasty & fresh. Tacos tasted stale. Fries tasted like they kept refrying them. Its close by so I tolerare it. But would rather travel to find a better one.

Terrible customer service! On top of that the dining area was super dirty and the restrooms as well. My order was a chicken sandwich and the patty was literally 2 chicken strips! And my regular fries had plenty of curly fries mixed. Overall very unfriendly and nasty place. Never again!

I Drove up and ordered four tacos, simple quick order, nothing else. no wait at the drive-thru. I drove off thinking, "They can't mess this up" Out of all the locations in san diego.This is the worst Jack-in-the-Box.

They always have masks and gloves on and the food is made to order so it's hot and fresh the only thing to making that is they forget the condiments syrup stuff like that slow down pay attention
It also is a safety issue to employees. It is great that they lock doors at a certain time. Safety for employees c comes first.
I thought that the drive through was closed? I will check with JIB's corporate headquarters and find out why. It may have to do with the type of area and the danger that an open drive through may pose with the homeless population within that area. People generally stay off the streets after 9pm at night. I have been told that It's not safe to be out at night in this area, especially alone.
