They do not follow an order. People arrive and pass before others who have already spent hours waiting. Nurses do not love their profession their faces as if they did not eat and they will pay them poorly and they are taking care of children!! It's slow I'm only 3 hours and they still don't attend me. I don't know what I want or their own children who work here. We need a change because children don't deserve to wait 3 hours in the ER. !!!! We are in the USA, it is incredible that Cook children has this quality of urgent care.

This is the worst ER. My daughter saw Dr Selby and if we would have listened to his advice my daughter could have died. We left the ER in worse condition than when she came in. Luckily, we brought her somewhere else to get a second opinion since she continued to be sick for days after. This hospital does not care about children nor about listening to any of the symptoms. They only care about the money. DO not ever come here if you actually want your child to get better. Its a waste of time.

The wait is horrible I went with my 5 month old baby it took about 9-10 hours for him to get a room and get properly checked there was a nurse who needed a thermometer to prove that he was sick ridiculous not to mention she asked whats wrong with him when clearly he’s coughing to the point where he wants to puke and just looks sick overall.

Worst experience of my life. Don’t bother trying to go through ER if you’re expecting something quick for emergencies. My husband and I came it a 7-8pm and didn’t get to see a nurse until 4am. The ladies in the second waiting room had no idea what they were doing. They constantly called names of patients who were already taken to rooms, one nurse did a roll call to mark those who were gone since they were messing up, yet she still ended up calling names of people who were clearly not there. We went up to ask about the wait a few times to get an estimate when we could see the doctor because of how long we had waited, one nurse couldn’t answer and the other was really rude about her response. They kept giving everyone mixed answers. Not to mention once you think the wait is over, there’s more! After seeing a nurse you have to sit for mostly another hour for the actual doctor to come and tell you the same thing the nurse did.

This hospital is more children, but they might send you to another hospital to be treated
Yes, but the application period has already ended. It usually opens in December
OK you
Near....thanks. looking for actual location.
They have the Dodson speciality center but, you have to make a appointment and have insurance makes it better than to pay out of pocket. When they set you up with a doctor's appointment, then they will determine if you may need to take the child to the Child Study Center
There are some oversized parking areas, but nothing for RV parking on site.
2, he will like
Sorry I don't know. Youll have to call the hospital .
You can take him to the ER, but the physician will recommend the best course of treatment. If you think it's his tonsils, tell them that.
Im sorry i was just leaving a positive comment, based on there service. If you can call them, im sure they have an answer. Thank you.
I don't thank so
You can smoke but you cannot be on the premises if you do so
If you are at the hospital, ask to speak with a social worker. They can assist you further.
Bring ID of yourself and any of hers; i.e. Birth Certificate, Social and take it to Medical Records.
Closest is I-30 located 7310 Calmont Ave
My Hranfson hasxsensory problems and is treated at cooks call hospital for details and appt
They have all kinds of wonderful Doctors there. You might want to call and speak to someone at the hospital to help you with this situations. I know that they will NOT turn you down if you dont have the money to pay for the services. I will be keeping your great-granddaughter in my prayers.
You do not.
I know the YMCA was having classes but im not sure if they cost. If you call the hospital they might be able to help you. Hope that helps you out.
You should be able to do that from the main number.
Starbucks, Build a Bear, a salon, smoothie place, outdoor play areas, music studio, library, smoking area, Ronald McDonald house down the block, it's awesome!!!!!!!!
The hospital only accepts new stuffed animals. They can not smell like cigarette smoke.
I dont think they have one at the Dodson specialty clinic but the do have one at the cooks rehabilitation center in fort worth.
Another question is they speak Spanish
Cooks is staffed with doctors in all areas. There are specialty clinics in Dodson building.
I don't think they keep records for that long...if I'm not mistaking,20 yrs is the max... it's best to contact them
Well I think 18 never forget you medic plan and ID
No... upon walking in someone will greet and direct you to the desk to check in
If not, I'm certain they will provide a referral
Does Cooks have an honor guard for deceased employees? How do I contact them?
