This used to be such an amazing hospital. Brought my daughters here would be in and out. But it has been by far the longest wait time ever! I got here at 1am Been waiting for 6 hours in the waiting room. Patient flow makes absolute no sense here! It’s madness all waiting rooms were crowded a lot of people walked out and yet I still had a long wait time! I get it’s a hospital but the amount of people that are here to the wait time we have makes no sense it’s ridiculous cooks is not what it used to be! Do not bring your kids here. They will not get the attention they need!

We came into the ED dept @8am the first check-in came and went but the second we was in the waiting room for 4 hours then when asked how much longer was told I had the longest wait time and that I would be the next person which was a lie more and more people got called while my daughter and I sat there before being called back then while waiting my daughter ran out of snacks and became very hungry as we sat in the room I tried to leave to go to the Chick-fil-A located in the hospital was told no then given a pack of crackers then was in the room another 4 hours waiting to be seen by the physician when asked to sign a AMA and so we can leave was told that I was not able to and I couldn’t leave the room. So now I’m in a room with a hungry hungry upset 1 year old with nothing else to do but sit here and wait on this very slow staff while the nurses sit at the desk laughing and eating instead of attending to patients and their needs I do not recommend this hospital at all

I will never bring my child here. We’ve been here since 7p yesterday. It is now 2:58a and I have yet to see a doctor for my sons high blood pressure and vision loss. The bed is dirty and now they have to miss school to rest and we still won’t have any answers. I normally don’t post reviews but at this point I question the integrity. If they were overwhelmed with patients they should have told us that to make an educated decision.

Horrible experience with Dr. Samuel Selby on 10/20/2022. Our 2 year old daughter had a seizure for the first time. The ambulance checked her temp and it was normal. A few HOURS later while at the Emergency room she got a fever of 102. The fever was gone within 3 hours without medicine as expected. By the time she saw Selby her temp was back to normal. He did not think she needed bloodwork despite saying the fever was likely caused by infection. He only offered RSV/Flu swab and agreed she did not appear to have either. My baby has not been sick and over a year. Today still no sign of illness in her. I believe the seizure was potentially caused be epilepsy. I notified Dr. Selby that my immediate family members both have seizure disorders. He refused to also do bloodwork and said we will have to ask another provider. I was confused because when we brought our son for diarrhea they did bloodwork immediately. I know the primary doctor and the neurologist will ask why bloodwork was not done. Everytime back from the ER they expect to see blood labs. This feels like medical neglect and misjudgment on Selby's behalf.

Yes, two handicap spots near front pull through entrance. Self contained free parking lot just across the street
There is a store right outside the ER called Goodies to Go that sells food and drink that is open till 5.
