I have to say I just went through the worst experience a parent could go through loosing a child. ALL the staff that helped my daughter through her last days could not have done any better. Everyone treated her with the utmost care, and respect, they explained everything they were doing and what us as a family were to expect and see in a manner we could understand.i am greatfull for the wonderfully team they have in the icu unit as we moved through the different stages of care from 1st admittance until final moment. The doctors, nurses and entire staff NEVER rushed through explaining and stayed to awnser all of our questions and I had more than a lot of them about everything.so to any staff that worked in rooms 313,309,or 317 in the last 6 days know you are very appreciated and do e a wonderfully job for my entire family.

Brought my girlfriend here complaining of stomach pain and vomiting, she then began passing out in the waiting room and it took me making a scene plus 20 minutes for anyone to come look at her, then a nurse argued with me saying they knew about it but just weren't going to do anything until she was checked in and ready to be taken to the er which took almost another hour altogether

Let us choose our own clinics & doctors!!! Give us the phone numbers of the depts instead of transferring us constantly!!! Let us directly contact ALL of our doctors through MyChart!!! Let us pay bills at the time of service!!!

First off I would like to thank all the nurses/doctors and surgeons in the ER and OBGYN department. I went in the ER for bad ovarian cyst pain and ended up meeting with Dr. Elliot and Dr. Marshall in the OBGYN department after taking an ultrasound and CT Scan. Their gentleness, honesty and accommodation was beyond anything I have experienced in a hospital setting. After speaking with both of the doctors they came to the conclusion that I needed surgery STAT as my cyst was getting larger by the month. All the staff in pre-op were amazing and I couldn’t thank the whole team at JPS enough. Dr. Elliot was able to squeeze me in an OR to do surgery and get the cyst out before it caused crucial damage to my ovary. I am happy to say that the surgery was successful and I am cyst free! Nurse Mariella in recovery was very attentive and was by my side the whole time. The rating for this hospital may be low, but everyone has a different experience. I would give them a shot! We drove 40 minutes to come to this location. THANK YOU JPS for saving me and God bless every healthcare worker there.

My experiences are the exact opposite. This is the only hospital in Fort Worth I will allow myself to be taken to. They ALWAYS take superb care of me. Obviously, some emergencies are more urgent than others, and I respect that. The doctors and nurses are excellent! I can go to any of them (hospitals), and I like JPS. I take a book to read, until it is my turn. 7/12/2020; JPS has been named best hospital in the country.
Call the icare hot line
They have oral surgeons on second floor that do but think u have to have referral from one of the jps dental clinics
I am not on Jps connection I just have let it expire and ive hurt my back I have no insurance im 62 and no job what can I do...no I was asking a question
They use to have Assistance programs. Because they are a public hospital. However due to. Cuts to the affordable care act things may have changed.
I do not know call JPS Hospital, Joyce Owens
It's kinda hard to make it, the phone call always busy, you have to wait over 1 or 2 hours every time!
The only way you get in hosiptal appt and temp check. So i dnt know if it open. Call hosiptal and might be able to tell you if they can
I think even the emergency room can help.
Not sure about dentist...but I have got immediate relief from bad tooth pain using Clove oil and applied to gum area and tooth with a Q-tip Buy at cvs or a pharmacy might wven have at walmart...different brands available...I bought store brand...another name is Red Cross tooth pain relief..gets rid of bacteria and numbs area..use several times a day keep area free from food...till you can see doctor...you may need antibiotic if infection doesnt go away..
I'm sorry I go to the cardiac Clinic there and I don't know if they do or not you might call them there at 1400 South Main
They have a 24 hr nurse hotline that can answer any questions
The dental clinics have emergency hours that they accept walk ins, but they are closed for the weekend and probably Monday too, so your best bet is the JPS Urgent Care Clinic or the ER. Be careful, abscesses can lead to sepsis, so if you start running a high fever and/or your blood pressure drops, get to the ER.
If you are tresspassing, they will.
You can always try emergency medicaid
Yes, they have JPS Connections. See if you can find the application online and fill it out
Yes is it.
This is a good question. You may need to call the hospital and talk to a service representative
Yes medical records is in the main building ( brick not all the glass on the outside) 1500 s. Main Street in the basement. Once here take the orange elevators by the gift shop to the lower level when you get off the elevators make a left it dead-ends into medical records I don't know how much it cost to get your medical records.
If you have the app
When I went to the gift shop, I don't remember seeing any phone chargers.
From the information desk in the main hospital or the front entrance of the emergency room
It will be in the main hospital basement (not the pavilion). Find the orange elevators and take it to lower level. Once in the lower level follow the signs for medical records, or just ask an employee. Hope this helps
Lori's Gifts
I wouldn't let that deter me. I never caught anything there. You are as likely to catch it anywhere you go, like Walmart, as there. At least they do practice hand and other sanitation procedures. Haven't heard of any local cases, either.
Doctor releases them unless they leave against medical advice.
No except for emergency services
it is a hospital I'm sure they do
Call main line
Jps mychart online, and you have instant access. It's easy to sign up and you have all the info you need. I did it from my phone.
Call his office. I have no idea.
Down the hall from the gift shop on the first floor.
The food is really good.. the pancakes in the morning are the best
It depends on age and which area of the hospital it is. Call JPS and the information desk can answer your question.
Call the doctor, and if you cant get through go to the emergency room.
Alliance may be the closest, but I don't know who flys there. DFW or Dallas Love field will be your best bets.
Listed in brochure or the operator they are available 24/7
I think you need a referral from your primary care doctor
Go through medical records department.
On Monday, go to your nearest Texas Department of Human Services and apply for medicaid and medicare for him. He may be eligible for both. Then your nearest state or county hospital will treat him with this insurance. Also when you register him at the hospital he may qualify for additional help with any bill he may make. A county hospital does offer these services.
Look for the phone number on the web site, and call it.
Like Bhavik says, she'll have to give her ok. You can get information from her to check the chart and information online, too. She'd have to give her password too.
Go to 1500 s. Main, Fort Worth. There is a parking garage on Allen, but I park in the free lot at 1350 s. Main and walk 2 blocks. Go to the information desk to find the clinic you need.
Get your primary care physician to refer you to a vision doctor in JPS.
They are a phone call away. I'd call if I wanted to know. You can find the hospital number on their site, and ask.
Call the hospital. The number is on the web site. As a family member you can find out.
Unless you already heve a doctor there go to emergency room. Cardiology clinic is at 1400 s. Main, but is a clinic. They may not be set up to treat you. They are on 1st floor, in 1400 s. Main. Emergency room is fastest.
They still be there at 5PM it maybe after 930pm it's free parking in the garage
I never use it. I park in the lot for the clinics, 2 blocks north, for free.
Call your doctor and tell him/her. There shouldn't be any problem. You should lock them in the trunk next time or hide them under the seat.
It takes a good amount of time to do the scan, plus they may have to give you a dye to help the scan show the areas they need to have highlighted. Plus, there may be a wait for your turn.
They have a GI department. JPS doesn't have an IBD specialist (all GI specialists are trained to treat IBD however) per se but you should get very good care should you decide to go there.
If you can't physically make it to the hospital, there's a way to send consent to receive those records. Unless you're a doctor's clinic, you'll likely have to pay for those. Call medical records.
No child under age is allowed in the delivery room
Look ok their web site. Call the phone number. I don't work there. Just a patient who wrote a review.
English, please but yes
Hence County hospital. You can go to any hospital, as long as you can pay
You have to go during the week. Most small clinics are closed on the weekend.
You do not need a newborn bag. They provide everything needed for a newborn. Just come with love.
What - A clinic for your teeth Where - http://www.jpshealthnet.org/health_care_services/dental/locations
There is pain management available. May take months for you to get in. I advise you to go to a private pain management doctor while trying to set up an appointment with JPS. You can switch over once you can get in.
Yes, JPS Center for Cancer Care
Yes
They do have behavioral health services. Another service avaible is MHMR of Tarrant County. Both will give antidepressant medications, mood stablizers and some anixety meds like gabapentin and Vistaril. No benzodiapzines liie xanax or klonopin. They are more of a "public health clinic" but they can definatley help. Get JPS approved for JPS connection first. Its super easy and from what I've heard their behavioral health clinic is so much better than MHMR. Good luck.
You can apply for a reduced fee healthcare called JPS connection. I am on it. All I did was print off the application online, fill out the paperwork, bring in the documents like bank statements, bills etc to prove you need insurance and you'll get approved on the spot. Not sure if your address falls in TARRANT County though
No Brisa, your mother has to be with you, because your underage.
Yes
Can you reword the question? Sorry, not sure what you mean.
What is asking for the interviews questions and answers
Why do we keep you if you don't value proper grammar? It sounds like you're the one who does not value life, considering that you're calling other human beings unnecessary waste.
Yes agreed, and at least they do not kick you out for not paying
Tarrant
Yes you can but she's going to have daddy issues and going to hate you for the rest of your life wouldn't do it if she's over 18 she has the right to open her legs to any man Who she feels comfortable around thank you very much and welcome to America Women have rights to in the kitchen
They could, but would not give out the information. You need to get that information from state records
Tough question. What happened after she was born?
Yes, but you still need to see a primary care physician before. Or go to ER and they then will direct you on where to go within the hospital system
See if you qualify for JPS connection program.
Until 9pm
Yws. You will need to contact their 800 number and ask for that department
Exit Allen off interstate 35 and head west . Take the 2nd right to park in the parking garage. Its 4$ flat rate after 30minutes.
Yes and look for guest no password needed or that was the last time I was there
Call the main Hospital and ask for his status . Make sure that you are on his emergency contact, because if you are not they are not going to release his information. GOOD LUCK! 😊
Yes they can help. You just need to call
Yes
No. Everything is by referrals
It's up to your doctor.
And
More than likely, yes. However, you will first need to see a doctor and get properly evaluated before any decision is made.
Yes
If you call the hospital they can direct you to someone to make an appointment. Of you could even go down and request to talk to one of the pediatricians i believe.
No an ER don't have to see you depending on the illness. They can turn you away if they are too busy.
Most of the time it is. But there is a lot of traffic through them and not everyone does their part in cleaning up after themselves.
Just the main hospital line.
No you don't
They use to do extractions and and some of the clinics do make dentures and such. The Jps clinic off of Ripy street in the community center or near it did ddentures wearable and much cheaper than I have found else where.
If you enter by the parking garage there will be a desk on the left that can tell you how to get there.
JPS is the county hospital. They train doctors there. There are alot of interns and residents, but when you get a specialist they are probably a teacher there and you couldn't be in better hands. The only difference is between specialist and specializing. One is a teacher and one is a student who has obtained experience yet.
Yes they accept all insurance as long as it is valid and up to date.
Yes.
Yes in Azle 401 Stribling Dr, Azle, TX 76020
