I asked for soft tacos but she was too busy laughing and joking to realized she gave me crunchy tacos. I’m on my lunch break so I don’t have time to take them back.. they need to pay more attention.

Taco Bell is amazing BUT why do they have to close this busy location early before 9pm when this location is a busy location. I was the owner I would try to keep the lobby open...to gain more customers ...it seems ....someone is not thinking the possibilities..... Drive thru sucks they are too slow in serving....
