Very BAD service how do they even have ppl working in the drive through like that. I ordered a #21 breakfast sandwich combo and they got it all wrong coffee with no cream or sugar ? Had to go get off and go inside to get my cream/sugar. Then to get to work and notice my sandwich was the wrong one and the hash brown was smushed and full of grease. Someone needs to do something I do not recommend this location.

April 3, 2020. So I went to get some Jack at this location because where I live 2 of the Jack on the box restaurant are closed for remodeling. The person I was talking on the AP system was so nice it was so quick to get my food but I was so disappointed when I got home and I saw what was under the box where my food was in. this is so ridiculous this is such a huge QC issue! I would never go back to that Jack in the Box because this it's so not cool how I got my food the person who prepared my burger was so lazy in quality control.

I didt see any flies when I went. They might go in from the drive through window or the doors. It's pretty safe I've never gotten sick from eating here..

And I allways eat here but this time I did not eat my food I just could not blealive how there service was that how people get sick when food is left for minutes or hours I thought they cook it in time not microwave it so sad just spend $6,47
