Horrible service. I understand that the holiday is making the establishment busier than usual, but that does not excuse the bad service we received. Our food was made in a rush, the soda machine was not working, it took forever for our order to be taken. It's a shame since I usually like Taco Bell

The person that took my order, must have been having a bad day. I could barely hear this person talking and when I said "hello"when I went to the first window, silence. Took my card closed the window. Opened the window handed me my card I said "thank you" and silence. Closed the window without saying a word. Not happy about that. The food was good as usual, not the first window tonight. The second window was totally different, very nice and friendly. Disappointed.☹️

First time i go to taco bell customer service was so but so great...we went thru drive thru guy who took our order his name Antonio omg i was in shock but he gave us what i never experienced in fast food first....eye contact, greet us with smile, he engage conversation knowledge how our day was going omg was GREAT....this guy Antonio went all the way to give us best service..wish all fast food where like this man thank you Antonio.

I've been coming here for too many years! Last year a noticed a change on employees and they were working really well when it came to costumer service. But this have been changing this year with too many mistakes and lack of costumer service. Let me share my experience of this time... During the drive through order I was asked if I wanted any hot sauce and I said yes, and requested fire flavor sauce. I also ordered a pineapple whip freeze with my entire order. I got my food and I asked if there was sauce inside the bag and the lady said yes. I pull a bit to make sure I have all my food because they always make mistakes at this store. I only had 1 packet of hot sauce and no straw for my drink. I parked and had to walk to the restaurant and some guy covered in tattoos handled my request of more hot sauce and a straw. The guy came back with a bag with 4 packets of hot sauce and one straw. I ordered food for two. When I got home I realized that my pineapple whip was actually just a slurpee and not the whip. I'm here to spend my money but don't treat me like I don't matter as a costumer. Its a simple task, don't ask costumers if they would like sauce if you are not going to give them any, and don't ask if my order is correct on the screen if someone else is just waiting to make a mistake.
