If you walk inside of this Jack in the Box, it smells like dirty mop water, but it's really greased up pipes underneath the floors that are letting the smell out of the drains, I tried to eat there but lost my appetite waiting to be served, if you walk in there are no hurry to take care of you, they're all about the drive-thru, you could wait 10 minutes or more just to have someone walk up to the register, they look at you with the corner of their eye but keep ignoring you, go anywhere but this Jack in the Box.. You will not smell one piece of food while you're inside this restaurant, if I had been blindfolded, I would have thought I was in a mop closet, it's sickening, go there so you can smell it and write a review.. let's close this place down, or have the Health Inspectors go inside.

Can someone come dump holy water on this place? They always get my order wrong, or it's always something. This time, I decided that since they can't hear correctly at the drive-thru, I'll try a mobile order and pick it up. Err... My hopes were higher than expected. They obviously can't read either. My order was still incorrect; this time, I got a lovely surprise (I'm being sarcastic) The fries are covered in some weird black specks. I found out after eating one on the way home, and I felt something scratching at my throat. So, I took a sip of the drink, which I assumed was iced tea. Nope, it was rootbeer. Great job, JITB on messing up again👏 👍 👌 Plus I got strawberry jam, taco sauce, buttermilk ranch, and sweet and sour sauce in the bag that I didn't ask for. I'm confused about why I'd need all that for fries? I went back to drive thru. She refused to replace the order and told me to call doordash. Doordash credited me for the order; they get 5 stars, but JITB should get 0 stars for not even trying, but delegating their problem to doordash. Now I have an itchy throat and lost my appetite.

For a third time this location accepted payment for my mobile order when they were closed. Went back the next day to get the order or a refund. The one person in the store said "we're closed!" This is at 6p.m. I told her of my mobile order unfulfilled and she said " yeah we were closed. Get your refund in the app." That's not true. AVOID this inept, rude location. There are 2 others very close by. THIS STORE is the worst JIB ever!!! Close down for good.

I came thru got a plain burger for my pup, a medium regular fry, medium drink, and mini pancake order for myself. They were out of cherry coke- no big deal. They didn’t give me syrup, no ketchup that I requested twice, and my fries were half old curly fries half old straight fries. I got to the car wash, realized, washed my car then went back. They were very nice and apologized. I got my replacement order. Pull out, open it up. Large CURLY fry, still no ketchup instead a whole lot of strawberry jams. I still have the picture. I did get the syrup the second time after wasting gas and my dog liked his burger but Jesus Christ. 🥲 I got to eat barely anything of the food I paid for and had to drive to jack in the box TWICE for. will not return. I’ll drive the extra mile to the other one if I even go back
