This Churches customer service is horrible! We were waiting at the drive thru speaker for a long period of time and then went to the window to find out they were not paying attention and keeping up conversation! And then the chic with red hair didn't even care to apologize!

Greasy. From the fries to the chicken....greasy. Flavor is cool, but the grease is too much for me. Now the Honey Butter Biscuits, those are🔥(real good) fresh and warm. Im notmad at the biscuits at all.

Dude this place must be understaffed or the workers don’t care. No cars ahead of me and still had to wait 10 minutes to order through the drive thru. The chicken is good only reason why I come here. Other than that customer service and cleanliness needs to be improved.

There was no line, so being busy wasn’t an excuse. I didn’t get my mashed potatoes, my dipping sauces, or extra biscuits. They just threw it in the box. The soda had no carbonation. My chicken was old and very cold.
