The staff were tired or sleepy. We ordered coke but they gave us Dr. Pepper instead. We realized when we got home. The food was ok at it's best. But biscuits were really delicious. The chicken was fresh. It was OK at it's best. But doesn't persuade me to have it again.

This location is seriously disappointing. Ordering from them via Uber Eats and they claim the order is ready so the driver gets there and then the driver gets told that they have to wait 15 minutes for the food. But wasn't the food ready? That is very messed up wasting an Uber courier's gas claiming the food is indeed ready when it is in fact not. In addition, the restaurant later says they are not going to make anymore sandwiches which seems odd. This obviously points to poor management which is disappointing. I am not the only person complaining, in fact check out other reviews and you will see a high proportion of bad reviews which is a red flag. That is very wrong and I will never buy from this location again.

Ordered on the app about 20 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant. Went to the drive thru (my full size van didn't really fit but I stuffed through). The female that answered the drive-thru had the personality of a wet cardboard box. I told her I was there to pick up my order from the mobile app and gave her my name. After about 2 minutes she comes back on the speaker and says can you pull around and come back inside because it's not ready. I head inside and some woman who had arrived in the parking lot behind me came rushing past to make sure she got to the counter first. That's okay I'm probably going to live longer than her anyway. 😉 Once at the counter, my order was not ready and the cashier had to go back and make the sandwich because the other four people in the kitchen were apparently too lazy to do anything. Other customers had been shorted on food and we're waiting for their orders to be completed and nobody in the kitchen seem to be in a rush to do anything but lean on the counters. Then I'm told they don't have any cookies. At least the cashier was nice enough to substitute an apple pie. That's the only reason they got two stars instead of one. The manager of this location was murdered several years ago in the restaurant. You have to wonder if it was the attitude of the employees that really caused it.

Well you lost a great custermer.never stop bye there again....dont have car no service..internet only what is world came to.......get yr act together every others restaurant. Are open for service.excet this one to purchase inside....dont go there if you don't have a car or internet.order.shame on this restaurant. 🤔I when to chuchs.restaurant.was open better chicken n service.better price....
