All KFC food taste the same. We did an order via the app. It would not take off the mashed potatoes and get coleslaw. We got the free sandwich. We get to the counter and tell the girl we want coleslaw instead, she tells us we could have done it on the app. I told her we did and it would not take it.

I ordered a 4 piece dinner all dark and a large loose corn. The chicken was old and dry and they gave me a small corn. No need to go back.

It was still open and the manager took me out. She said the information is not updated yet when I argued that it said it was open till 10 and it was only 9:30. She did not even want to assist us

ordered 3 pieces of chicken meal that included 2 mash potatoes on the side. gave me the wrong order! only 1 piece of chicken and no mash potatoes!! how can anyone mess up the order so bad?! tried calling back a bunch of times and no one picked up the phone... all busy signals and i know the restaurant was not busy!!!! bad management!

Yes you can but before take the time out of your life to go to this KFC; don't! You never know which horrible service you'll receive. Original that's as hard and old you'd think you ordered extra crispy, chicken that's reheated and dried out, or a 35 minute wait like I experienced there twice. If you can, go to KFC on El Cajon Blvd
Has to be the worst KFC I've ever been to in my 50 years of eating at KFC from Chicago, to parts of San Diego, LA, Richmond, VA, and DC and I've given the management chance after chance after chance these past 3 yrs and still it's by far the worst. However, they are extremely good at making you wait forever, getting your order wrong, serving you cold and or old chicken. What is wrong with this place?? 🤷♂️
