I came in and ordered the big mack meal. Sat down and when my order wad called I went to pick it up and I asked the manager for ketchup and when she finally gave me some I said thank you and she never responded back or even looked me in the eyes. And I noticed the tables dirty thru out the store. I used to work at this store 40yrs ago. I transferred from the pacific Beach store. This place has really gone down

Multiple orders and always shorted food. I place my order thru the mobile app and it's still done incorrectly. This is now 4 visits in a row and it still goes wrong. The male cashier (that wasn't even my cashier) was rude to me, being nosy as to what me and my cashier were trying to solve. The McDonald's app had issues and he made it seem like I was the problem. I used to like coming here over the years, but lately it's really disappointing.

Waited for food over 10 minutes after placing mobile order. No apology, nothing extra. Other locations give fries or a pie for free. Local manager was not bothered.
