Atmosphere is ok, everytime I go its hard to find dumbells cause they are never put back, even if you get there as soon as they open.

It’s an okay gym, it’s just frustrating that they close so early. Can you guys at least change it to midnight?! Some people get out of work late. Really thinking about changing gyms.

You guys need to commit somebody to open on time Sundays, people have schedules or maybe is the only time they can work out. Is about to be 9 am and the gym is close.
Why don’t you guys respond to phone calls in a timely manner.

They have a lot of members! Why dont you try calling back until they can have a chat! Used to work at a gym way more effective they arent calling back we have alot of stuff to do

Why does they make it so hard to cancel the membership? I have an issue with cancellation. I already cancelled my membership last month ( September). But up to October, they still keep charging my bank account. I don’t understand.

Both answers above are correct. In addition they are there for members , most members come during day, after work, and with friends at night. The element that could come in to the gym gym and disrupt harmony as well as the cost of keeping the gym open additional hours for no purpose, concludes keep doors shut.
No but I wish it did. All the gyms I checked out with a pool is pricey. But It does have a sauna. I guess if they had a pool they couldn't just be 10 dollers a month because pools are very expensive to keep up. But it would be nice lol
