As a customer: Dogs 🐕 🐶 are allowed Entrance is 1$ each person Take a sun hat because is hot & sunny. They sell food drinks. As a seller: wake up early . My advice is to Have sell items ready a day before the day of sells & to bring some type of canopy for shade. Saturday morning & Sunday morning are always good days to sell. Sunday are always busy because on Sunday more people will be there buying. Entrance fee for selling is 25$ Also bring someone to help you, that's way you can take turns using the bathroom , eating, and taking care of your sell items.

Good crowd and lots of parking. I walked onto the lot and paid $1 entry fee, which I assume is good for the day as a re-entry stamp is available if you ask. Stuff is what is to be expected and a few food options with one place offered beers in their cantina.

We've loved coming here for many years. If you know what you're shopping for check prices elsewhere ahead of time as prices here have gotten way higher than regular stores and online, however doing your homework you'll be able to find great bargains and treasures. We love it for the experience and when we can splurge a lil on the food.

Great outdoors swap meet. 50 cents admission Saturday morning. Lots of goodies but very sparce with very little vendors. Still a fun place to visit/shop for hidden treasures/toys

I'm guessing that depends. I was told to arrive early (~5-6am and was told they open to sellers @ 6am (ideally arriving ~5am to get in line for a, "good spot up front"). I did not arrive until 7am and the line for sellers was still waiting to be let in... I went with my friend and purchased a single stall but were able to fit both our cars in it. That was $20. They did not ask if we wanted anything special in that situation. Recently, similar situation, only this time we didnt arrive until nearly 1pm and when we informed them we wanted to share a spot we were offered 1 "longer" space (trailer sized maybe?) and that was $10. Also, idk what the general layout of the place even looks like but I'd venture to say that we were in "the back". So, not sure if it was the time and/or the location that resulted in the cost difference :-/ Oh and btw, "the front" does not = better and I'd also say it doesn't matter what time you get there; all spots are superb if you got the goods :)
Just go there. Don't need to be so early first timers get in after 8 am. I just to have a permit to sell used stuff and never need to be so early

Yes. You will have to possibly bring your owner generator. Come by on Saturday morning, ask for Rich the manager, super friendly and charismatic guy.Richwill have the answers for all the questions you may have. Best of Luck 💰
Last time i sold things it was $15 a stall. Must get there early, wait in sellers line, fill out form, pay, and get random stall # to set your items for sale.
