My sample was compromised due to the lab not doing their job. Don’t worry the technician is retired and isn’t in a hurry to make sure the samples are properly handled. Now I have to fast again and can’t get a decent timed appt close enough to get to. Help me understand why my sample was compromised due to not being spun and being exposed to red blood cells for too long and may be I will change my review.

My doctor forwarded order for blood work to this location. I scheduled appointment today but the incompetent staff failed to find my doctor's order. Total waste of time fasting. When I noticed negative reviews at other Quest locations, I advised my doctor that I want to schedule appointment with reputable lab and not Quest.

WATCH OUT! Nasty old lady short with grey hair is incredibly rude, obnoxious, and obviously needs to find work elsewhere - like locked away from the public because she's just mean. Received a text to check in once I arrived, which I did while parking. Confirmed. Went inside and sat down per instructions. Reasonable wait for few minutes and I get a second text "were ready for you, come on inside". So get up and proceed near the door. This older short lady with grey hair comes to the door literally waving and loudly yelling "get back! GET BACK!" and waiving super aggressive and obviously PO'd about something. She YELLS at me "DO NOT STAND HERE" ( I was 6+ feet still away from the door), " GET BACK" ,etc. She's still flailing her arms like a nuts. I'm pretty calm but when someone is that rude at 9am and actually raising your voice to me you're going to get a comment. So I remark and show her the phone and the quest message that says come IN. She's still yelling and doesn't care what the quest app itself says. She still literally raising her voice and telling me I need to check in (after she now saw and knew I did this per their app as they sent me the text requesting I do so that way). I tell her do not continue yell at me and I say loudly "Good morning!" this further sets her off and she now twists to tell me I no longer have an appointment and I'm a walk in. I have had enough of this nasty women belittling me and tell her no, not playing your game and I have an appt, checked in. She flips out and runs into he back and says "I'm done with you!!". Another lady (thin brown hair younger) comes out and get's me. She was super nice and helpful. 5 minutes later bloods drawn we chat a minute and I'm out. Promote this second lady, give her a raise, make her the corporate trainer as she was superb! The contrast was scary, this first grey hair short one was literally the meanest employees I've ever seen PERIOD. Sad there is such a contrast, Been to multiple quests and never encountered a single rude employee except this creature.
