It takes a minimum of 2-3 minutes to navigate the phone menu, an additional 5+ minutes on hold to speak with a pharmacy representative for business that the automated system can’t handle, and the pharmacy doesn’t check their prescriber voicemails reliably. I will be using a different pharmacy in the future.

Our home pharmacy. Wonderful and caring pharmacy staff. My husband had a major surgery and took months to recover. It was a hard time for me as his primary care giver. Every time I stepped in here to get his meds, I felt the warmth and genuine concern from the pharmacy staff. Meds were always ready and they always asked me how he was doing and how I was doing also. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

The pharmacy used to be on top of things, but it has slowly gotten worse. My doctor called in a rx two days ago. Went in today, and was told my rx had not been filled, and to wait the half hour the pharmacist was on lunch, and then she would fill it. Why wasnt it filled days before!? Happens often. They cant just fill a simple prescription.

The drive thru Covid testing is completely inefficient at this location and bogs down the drive thru line. Since you don't know if someone is getting a test or not, you get in line and then get stuck when someone pulls in behind you. There is no way to get out of line. I have been waiting for 50min for 4 cars to finish their transactions. Not sure what the solution is, but I can assure you that if you are just picking up a prescription, going inside with the crowd is preferable to this insanity.
