First of all, it smells a little bit off, like I’m something is rotting. Second, there’s some cute jeans with bling and stuff. Third, this girl was being rude to me when I was just asking a question.

This is just the best thrift store. I was recently back in San Diego for a visit and stopped by this store, as it was always a favorite. What I found there was the most amazing collection of depression glass. As usual the owners were super friendly and generous with a discount. I came back three times that weekend. Always a surprise awaiting in that store!

Been going here since it opened. Original staff was nice..Depending what time of the day you went there. It started out understocked and messy, then changed to overstocked and messy. Their prices were fair..Until six months back. The employees changed, and inventory did too. Each time we went, weekly, the prices grew, variety of items dropped, and quality control dropped too, items that shouldn't have been put out because of damage or wear, were stocked, and the staff changed again. This week was the final time we go here. The back room staff was outright rude, protesting an elderly man who walked up to the back area, but not into the off limits area, and shoo'd him away like a street dog, intentionally speaking in heavy accents, seemingly to confuse him, before conversing in perfect English as he left. There's a fairly prices, moderatly understocked but clean and pleasant-staffed Veterans thrift store next door. We'll be visiting them alone, from here on. Final note. Any thrift store that sells games, from ps1 games to modern Xbox 1 games at six bucks and up..used..Isn't doing well. They've sold Xbox 360's without power cords, controllers and any accessories, for $60-$100, and over price what seems to be their entire game stock :(

Due to being next to a fantastic thrift store I didn't think they would get a good crowd. This place has better quality things than their neighbors (no pun intended given their name). Things are at times still in its box or have tags on them. Its also more vintage. They have a tools section like hammers and garage stuff and furniture that is locked up in the next business room over. Be ready to pay more though.
