The TSA team at ONT international airport, Damaged my mother’s urn that we waited 3 months to be able to bring back home with us. They neglected and did not care that my mother was in her urn and they scratched the paint off of the back of it because it’s an ammo can with her name on it! They threw it around and told us to leave it open. They had it inside the x-ray machine open and it was sliding around. We call and get hung up on. We called the national line and they are not helpful either! I need someone to handle this immediately!
