A complete joke of a Hospital After a year of writing my other review of this hospital I’ve determined, it’s gotten worst. - list of things wrong w this place below - the lines literally stretch to the parking lot - rude receptionist, nurses, and doctors on multiple occasions - No appointments available, takes actual months to get them. - 4 to 5 hours for urgent care just to be seen, not including the time to actually see the doctor, just the nurse. - hours to wait to get x rays, blood work, etc taken, and then you still have to wait for the results - emergency room, an hour minimum to be seen, make u sit outside this there next to there dirty restrooms - this isn’t just because of the COVID, this is before COVID too. - mind that I pay for the most expensive package they offer, and still don’t get covered for my oxygen machine I need to breath. - I have called to the appointment center and to different departments, all tell me to redirect me to the same number, but when I call that number and ask to cancel my Kaiser membership, they hang up! Things need to change, and all they are willing to do is just write generic apology letters. After a year of writing my other review of this hospital I’ve determined, it’s gotten worst.

Avoid, avoid, avoid this ER. Please go to a different location. You will regret coming here. I have unfortunately been to this ER location 3 times this year and each time, my wait has never been below 7-9 hours. I had a terrible experience with an ER doctor and an IUD that I needed to be removed. I was not treated well and even though I was in excruciating pain, you bet I still had to wait for hours and hours. The ER doctor was not gentle and blamed my “anatomy” for his inability to retrieve my IUD. Another instance, I wasn’t administered a CT scan when I was dealing with a plethora of symptoms. Nurses just shrugged their shoulders and said my potassium levels were low and sent me home. 4 months later turns out I have multiple sclerosis. I could’ve gotten a head start on getting my condition treated if they would’ve administered the CT scan. The wait times are horrible, and if your symptoms aren’t blatantly obvious or what they consider dangerous, you get sent home after waiting 7-9 hours. This is my last time coming to this ER. This facility is understaffed. You will save so much time if you drive out to a different location.

1. How would a nurse not know their medical terms? I used the term LMP and she had no idea what it meant. How then did you get your nursing degree? How did you get hired? Does Kaiser Permanente organize refresher courses for their staff at all? 2. I had a question concerning my pregnancy and was referred by an LVN in OB/GYN to my primary care doctor? Who does that? 3. I don't want to talk about how rude those nurses at the ER are. Some of us work in healthcare too and find this behavior appalling because it is against ethics of working in healthcare. You should show empathy towards patients, nobody prays to be sick and if nobody comes to your hospital, you will have no jobs! 4. I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to explain why I should get refunded for copayment that wasn't meant to be billed to me. Precious time that I will never get back. 5. I could go on writing but talking about Kaiser P, Ontario is not worth spending my time on. This place needs to be restructured and the earlier the management looks into it, the better for everyone. 6. For everyone giving this organization 5 stars, give them a little more time, you will see their true colors.

Nurse takes me back to get blood work and an ekg then gets told that she’s able to take her lunch. She leaves me in the room to get both but doesn’t put in any orders just so she can go on lunch right then and there. The guy that was supposed to take my blood work didn’t even bother to ask about it. He was more preoccupied being on his phone and watching videos rather than asking about the order to get the blood work done and get the ball rolling. An hour and a half later and still nothing. All of this waiting around for no reason for a “possible blood clot” in my legs. Clearly their lunch breaks and down time to do absolutely nothing is more important than getting patients seen. I think it’s safe to assume it’s just a regular Doctors office to these workers rather than an emergency room. Can safely say this bill for “care” is being left to collections

You can apply for dental care online, not thru Kaiser though. The Affordable Care Act has dental program at affordable prices.
