The Deli associate was very friendly in answering my question while she was shutting down the area. The store was clean and orderly. My only disappointment is the Deli does not offer turkey pastrami anymore which was the only place where I could once purchase it. The associate could not tell me why they no longer offered it.

Bought a Covid test yesterday morning. The box had missing packs of solution to mix with the vials so I called about it. Spoke to Jenny (perfectly nice and polite). She said that the manager on duty, Melvin, told her I could return it. So I head there last night around 7:30, find an employee (also perfectly nice) and he found someone to help me. This man came up and said nothing, just glared at me. I told him I spoke to Jenny and Melvin said bring it back. Showed him what was missing. He took the box from me and tossed it behind the customer service counter, said to get another one and walked away. Got another box, opened it up, missing the same items. So I called to him and told him it was also missing the items. He said “Well you can’t be opening the boxes”, walked away and got another woman (blond hair in a ponytail). She comes behind the counter and said “You aren’t opening the boxes are you?” Told her no I was looking at lot numbers which were all the same. She says nothing else, starts scanning my receipt and says to swipe my card and hit the green circle. That’s literally it, two sentences. When finished I said thank you and she said nothing at all. At least smile, neither of them did and acted as though they were doing me a favor by simply existing. If you work in customer service and don’t want to be there at least fake it. I’ll never, ever stop here again. I had my nine year old with me, who is the one who needed the test. I’m stressing out that she might have covid and have to deal with two (I’m assuming) managers who have the warmth and compassion of a cactus. I read other reviews about management here. It’s a shame that the employees working the floor stocking have to deal with these two.

Great place nicest staff that works there very helpful ordered 2 different times of platters the platters were fantastic and prices were fantastic! Only place I order my platters now highly recommend

Only 1 maned register open and the rest is self check out. They had 3 employees standing there watching the customers ring and bag their own groceries. What's the point? Why not have those employees open a register or help the customers bag their groceries. It's bad enough the food prices are increasing the way they are, how about providing some customer service in return.
