Arrived at the center July 3, with the whole family, hoping to get a nice family bowling session in this July 4 weekend. We were surprised and GREATLY disappointed with the fact that the center does not uphold their “Kids Bowl Free” policy that is clearly listed on their website! I repeat: Kids Bowl Free policy IS NOT ACCEPTED. In addition we even called the center asking about that policy and sure enough, they said that it was accepted. While at the door, the employee there would not hold true to the kids bowl free policy, so we left having driven there for nothing. In short, the Greenway Bowl center does NOT hold true to the policies listed on their website. Gravely disappointed…

Staff earns all 3 stars. Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, very outgoing. However, the lanes are well overdue for a wax. My feet would not slide, AT ALL. To the point that my knees are actually getting sore. Almost fell quite a few times.

My friends and I were there 3/19. We did not enjoy the customer service which was trash. There was an older lady running the front desk. She was not polite. I asked for 2 games for 5 people. It was as if, she didn't want us to play 2 games because she had a large league coming in which was MORE IMPORTANT than serving us. She said to us "I can only let you play for an hour, then after that I'm gonna have to kick you all off the lane because I have a league coming in." Once we finally started playing, we experienced some technical difficulties. So I went back over to the same lady to have them correct the issue, and she said she would get a tech to fix it but never did in a timely manner. To a point where someone else from my party had to go back to her to remind her that our lane needed assistance. We did not enjoy the entire experience from start to finish, we felt as if we were rushed in and out. If we are paying customers we should be able to take as much time as we want and enjoy ourselves there. The only nice thing the lady did was give us free shoe rentals, but even then we still wanted to play another game and couldn't because we were being rushed. I usually enjoy coming to this bowling alley, but the customer service was awful. We would like to come back but are apprehensive due to being rushed, not given far opportunity to play. I usually give this place a 5 star rating, but for this experience they deserve a 1 star this time. They have to earn back the other 4 stars.

We went to this bowling alley on a Sunday afternoon. First of all the keys on the touch screen wouldn't let us spell our names. (Some letters broken?) Then the wait to get food was the worst ever. The girl just kept taking orders and money and never stopped to make the new orders. I think we waited over an hour for fries and nachos. CRAZY. Then we got drinks and half the liquor she was out of or had to substitute with. Then took forever for her to make as she was so slow. And we got a lime wedge in our drink that was so dried up it looked saved from last year. Then wanted to play video games and air hockey at end of bowling and almost everything said broken or not working or was unplugged. Was a waste of $100 night for three hours and they need to hire more people and lots to fix there.

They have plenty of leagues. Either check their website or ask about their leagues in person
