The two , I think Ethiopean, ladies , made awesomesome sandwiches (couldn't speak much English but that's OK) . Recently one woman replaced with a Spanish speaking lady who skimps on the sandwich contents.. she needs to learn from the Ethiopean how to do it right.

Every time I come here they have English speaking problems. They are nice but then their unisex bathroom never has enough tissue and NEVER ANY SOAP and no the bathrooms aren’t clean. They also keep one of the bathrooms 🚽 clean only for them. I need to report them to corporate. To do this job you need to speak English and understand it. You need to serve the public by providing what they need napkins and tissue paper.

I almost had to yell so that they could hear me say my order. I'm not sure they could quite understand what I was trying to say. Many of the employees had a strong accent which isn't an issue but for some reason they couldn't comprehend some simple questions I had which was really bothersome. I brushed it off my shoulder nonetheless. Now what was really irritating was that they charged me for 2 bags even though I only got one. If they would have double bagged it then that would have been whatever. I didn't notice until I was walking out and I was in a rush so I didn't turn back. If you're reading this please check your receipt when and if you come here because that double charge could have or could not have been an accident. If you get what I'm saying.

The only subway I've been to that has a partition around the entire front counter, by the food area. If one feels that the neighborhood is too dangerous, then why take their money ??????? How can you want limited access & engagement with those whom patronize your business & help support your family................. I will NOT return & wouldn't suggest this restaurant to anyone. Customers retuned, including myself, because the bread was hard, crumbling & seemed stale. As I shared with the staff, one must care about what they do. You have to raise your standards if its sub-par. I shouldn't have to come back with a sandwich that is falling apart, just don't serve it !!!!!!!

There is plexiglass sheild between you and staff. Payment is touch less with card. Your sub is given to you on a plastic turntable that opens only one way at a time. There are markers for line for distancing, but they are not usually crowded.
