Clean space, cool people running the shop, efficient machines. Wash cycles range from $3.29 up to $7.49 depending on load size. Dry cycles are 35¢ or 60¢ for the larger one for 7 minutes. So for me to do a small load like a home washer it ends up about $5 Sort of an odd card system for payment but there's always an attendant around to assist if you need it. You can use cash or card to load the pay card.

Very clean and friendly staff. They do not use coins so you have to buy a payment card for $1. More convenient than change if you are a repeat customer.

I would have happily given a four or even five star rating, as I have had no problems at this laundromat for years. However recently a new employee began working there who takes it upon herself to throw away my laundry bag and measuring cup every single time. Most other people tend to leave their laundry supplies in a cart, and I do as well. I always wait in the parking lot and I'm always prompt about changing and picking up my clothes. I could understand if I had left my things there for hours, but I don't. I have had to go back after drying, many times, only to find my cart missing and my bag and cup in the trash can. This has never happened to me before, and I've been using Tropicana for years. Bad practices, doing that.

Clean, and cool inside. When I was here I watched the management very patiently help a very confused lady find her clothes, while a group of customers tried to help. There are cameras all around which is also nice.
