I have used this UPS store so many times for both personal & professional tasks. EVERY time I have been here, it has been a pleasant experience. Normally, I dread going to any sort of post store. Not their fault, but it tends to be a tedious pain. This store and the man, Paul, who has assisted me, I believe, every time has been a joy. As for Paul, I have heard this man respond with patience and care to requests and customers that go way above and beyond what you expect from a “worker” anywhere, myself included. The guy cares, and it shows through in an excellent customer experience. Thank you for being great!

I had the best experience as a mailbox customer at this UPS location. I rented a mailbox for my business for a few years and during that time I spoke regularly with Paul who was there to make sure my packages were shipped and received as expected. I never had an issue at this location, and Paul was one of the most pleasant and helpful people with whom I've interacted. The service was straightforward and simple - a great option for small businesses needing a professional mailbox and a helping hand with mail services!

The customer service guy is very respectful, beyond the expectations. It is the kind of customer service you want to see in other stores. Not sure why this ups store has 3.9? Because mostly I go there to return amazon packages and always fast service and great customer service.
