Poor management, people outside the building drinking and using drugs and shootings and the manager does not care about it. Also lots of mice and cockroaches

The whole building is infested with rates and the management not doing anything about it. Every month i buy rate traps for atleast $50 and catch a minimum of 15 rates a month yet it's still there because it still comes in from next door. You can't sleep at night. not a place to live

Walls are thin you can hear everything outside the apartment and everyone next door. The have mice, roach and other tenants say bedbugs. The hallways smell and parking is scarce.

I will just get to the point don't move here, the management does not care about the residents. It's almost midnight and we're up searching for and killing bed bugs. Over the past couple months we have killed 8 rats in our apartment. We are not dirty people we are constantly cleaning but somehow cannot get rid of these issues. The laundry rooms are filthy and smells awful and most time if not one or both of the machines not working. There are so many things I could complain about but all I can say is stay away from this place. Can't wait for my lease to end.
