This place is a joke. Took 7 hours to unload, nobody ever checked my paperwork, signed my paperwork and they tell me to go to a specific door that's locked to get them signed there, nobody there answers, they have a number to call that also doesn't answer. I've never seen a place "run" so poorly that actually laughable how they're process works on getting unloaded and on your way.

Bad experience in here Take long time to load my freight then I went to the scale and exceed weight then they had to fix load it takes. While then I wasn’t on the system then back on scale so they can put me back on the system then find another truck on the dock then wait till fix the weight it sucks Be prepared to wait long time

DO NOT LOAD HERE - The shipper is supposed to be 24 hr, got there for a pickup, took 12 hours until I finally decided to request a TONU. First they requested to clean the trailer, no issue there... we cleaned the trailer and got back in, then after checking in with the same PO... they said that we needed a new PO... and after checking in a third time they said that the load was now for a reefer and not a van. If product is not ready when you get there they will say come back in 2 to 3 hours as if time is not important in this business... and even if you come back the product might not be ready. They are an extremely big company... but they still depend on trucking companies like any other... yet the carrier is the one that takes the loss, they have little to no care for the transportation industry.
