Do not waste your time at all, I have a really swollen tonsil and I am in a lot of pain. They will not answer their phones and told me I was not allowed inside the clinic because I could possibly get them sick. They swabbed my throat and called to say it wasn't strep but when I asked what I could do about the pain / infection she told me she would put it in my notes and the doctor would get back to me. I have called and left 4 voice-mails on top of calling over 15 times. They will not answer the phone all day long and I'm still in a lot of pain.

I am amazed at the staff's friendliness and warm demeaner considering how understaffed (in my opinion) and busy they are. I had to wait a little, but that's to be expected at an urgent care clinic, and I was just there for a COVID vaccine. I want to add that I greatly appreciate I wasn't turned away simply because I'm in the veterinary field (like SOME healthcare facilities are doing.... since OHA saying we're in Phase 1a isn't legit enough apparently). My visit was today (1/13/21) and I didn't catch the names of the two medical assistants working at the front, but they were both extremely nice and accommodating.

Wonderful clinic, I would highly recommend. Our family has been to several of of their urgent care clinics throughout the years. They have caring providers and helpful staffs. They also offer primary care services as well. Also very affordable if you are uninsured. They are always able to get you in on the same day with almost no wait time whether it's a visit for an illness or injury. We have been a patient of their clinics for over 10 years and we still come here every time we need. Thank you for your quality care and hard work.
