I used the ATM machine and requested $140. Only 7 ten dollar bills got dispensed. I called in and reported about the machine and after couple of weeks of investigation, I received a letter stating that they will remove the temporary credit. They are thieves! Please use other banks, chase and US banks are little bit better. Crooks!

Assistant manager said “have fun being a whore” to my friend as were leaving, and had spent almost 2 hours at this bank. They don’t want to help you, might as well bank online or call customer service, because they’ll make you do that in store anyways.

The wait was quite long but nothing unusual at a bank close to 5pm. Unfortunately, of the 4 tellers open, only one actually assisted the main line of customers. I only went in to get some change and possibly get cleaner bills for offering. The teller obviously didn't want to help, and had me pick from 6 bills that looked just as worse as the ones I wanted to change out. i didn't ask for brand new, just something a bit crisper. Of course she had another 50ct in her drawer, which she didn't offer. If I can't get cleaner bills from a bank where can i go? She was very unhelpful and unprofessional. BofA should review their employees and their customer service level. Her level of service was selective and unfortunately for me she chose not to serve my needs.
