Friendly, personable and professional staff. The cleanest laundry facility I've ever been to. The clean building, clean machines, clean bathrooms, free soap, wool balls and quick wash and dry times are worth the extra couple of bucks you spend here.

I had 2 huge comforters and 2 sleeping bags to wash. Dreaded going to the laundromat. I remembered seeing this place and checked out their website and was pretty impressed just with the pics and info. When I went in, it was so clean and bright. The gal working there promptly greeted me and helped me out on with my first visit to show me how to work everything. She was so kind and helpful. Being able to have soap provided was wonderful! No lugging a bunch of product. Literally took 28 minutes to wash all 4 items and 28 minutes to dry. So fast and easy. During the time I was there, she was sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down the machines. So roomy, clean, comfortable, and the machines have so many options on them to dial in exactly what your washing needs are. I HIGHLY recommend this laundromat and will be going back when I need their services. Thank you so much for caring about your business and your clientele!!

Amazing place! Wish there was one like this back at home:( They have complimentary detergent, lots of variety. Also if its your first time visiting you get a free dry, just let them know. If ever in the area again definitely stopping here to clean my laundry

That seems about right, I do a single load for about $5.50 wash AND dry.
Yes they do accept cards, but please remember that CLEAN makes an auto payment of $10 per swipe, regardless of the actual charge, they refund the overcharged $ back in 2-3 days. So always make sure you have abt $30-40 on your card before you swipe at CLEAN. They do also have a change machine that converts your nickels and dimes to quarters, and attendants who are respectful and courteous.

Thank you for the question! We offer 4 sizes of washers and 2 sizes of dryers. We have up to 12 total cycle choices, including delicate, active wear, wool, down and heavy duty with a soak cycle. Due to our energy efficiency, we can be competitively priced compared to local laundromats. Including our specialty cycles we have a total of 40 different price options... which makes answering your question a little more complicated. Our washers extract between 10-40 lbs more water compared to other machines in Eugene. Initially, it may appear that our wash prices are higher; but we are priced between $1.45-$2.50 Per LOAD washed AND dried; which is very competitive. Most people recognize the savings on the dryer, which is typically only ..75 to 1.00, depending on the size. We offer free laundry care products including soap, pre-treatment, non-chlorine bleach and deodorizers. (all eco friendly and work great!) You don’t need to buy or bring any products with you!

You have to get soap from the employee and they always pour it
Depends on the wash you choose as to how long it takes to wash. I used the largest washers & selected extra wash & extra rinse on warm & I believe it was about 34min for wash & 24min for dry. Also, its always only a good idea to leave if you're sure you'll make it back before your clothes are done. Otherwise you just inconvenience everyone else including the staff. Hope that helps.
