I like shopping here, I have had no problem with the staff, they are nice and very quick. This is a good place to get tools that don't cost an arm and a leg and they carry a lifetime warranty on their hand tools. Parking lots a breeze to get in and out after your done shopping!

I'm a route driver for a small wine distributor out of Portland. Anytime I'm within a 4 or 5 minute detour from a Harbor Freight I'm drawn to it. That being the case I've seen my fair share of different locations throughout the state. That includes this particular location. It's my favorite. Hank, the manager, leads a good crew of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got a specific problem but aren't exactly sure which approach is best or even where to begin? They'll help you brainstorm a solution and lead you to relevant products. When the site says somethings in stock it actually is. It's cleaner, price tags and sale tags never seem to be missing when compared to the website promo pages. Associates and management are mindful of even such nuanced things as my body language. I've got a few modes they pick up on most of the time such as: * I know exactly what I'm here for now let me at it. * I need help * Just window shopping for some thing I didn't know I needed, etc.

OMG! Is all I keep saying at the prices as I wander the aisles like a kid in a candy shop. Amazing deals. Some good tools and some great tools and did I mention OMG the prices are unbeatable! Highly recommend you check here before going to Jerry's or Home Depot or Lowes when it comes to tools, straps, Tarps, safety gear and other essential "handy" items.
