AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So as a young woman stereotypically not knowing much about cars. All I knew was my front license plate was holding on by 1 screw. Tried to get one of the repair kits and the other screw fell out and license plate fell off completely. I went back in and asked for help. Then there was Justin. Came out and took a look at it. And told me I won’t be leaving without him making sure it is on and secure. And that is exactly what happened. He found the parts and tools needed and took the time to screw in the license plate himself. Best customer service! Wonderful help! Will defiantly be back!

I usually don’t review but had such a great experience- I have to. BMW wouldn’t start after the gym (across the street from Autozone). My mechanic had quoted me $450 to replace battery 3 years ago so I didn’t replace out of sheer stubbornness. Last Monday it finally wouldn’t start after the gym. I’d just spent an hour in there not making eye contact so I REALLY didn’t want to go back and announce I needed a jumpstart- not trying to know people at gym. Anyways- there was an Autozone across the street that I figured I could by jumper cables @, then I would only have to find one kind soul to jump it. There I asked if I could borrow some cables but policy wouldn’t let them out of their parking lot so I bought some. That’s when I met Justin; he escorted me back to car with a portable jump starter. Thank goodness, as while my battery is in the trunk- the hot is quite inconspicuous under the hood, you ground to metal I was aware of neither. Went back to Autozone, with car running in the parking lot- returned unused cables & bought a battery for husband to put in later. He looked up install and said “if I liked my husband, I should have a mechanic install it” as BMW isn’t exactly an easy install. Upon Justin’s recommendation I took it to Econo Auto Service (my new favorite mechanic) who had it installed despite being backed up, in 30 minutes. Pretty effortless for a breakdown thanks to my new friend @ Autozone. AND battery & installation were $190 TOTAL. Highly recommended Autozone for their knowledge, service and humor, really helped me out in a pinch…

Extremely rude employees, I had bought some replacement headlight bulbs for my car and they weren't the right ones. I had opened the package but had not used them, I called auto zone to see if they could take them back without a receipt I had misplaced it and that I had opened them also I was told I would be able to get my card refunded the whole amount. So I get there and the employees tell me that I can't get a full refund and only a store credit they also said that I don't know what I was talking about it not being the right bulb because that is what the computer showed. I had the right bulb with me this time. The employees were rude and extremely short.
