I was going in to return an item I bought less than 24 hours ago because it was a duplicate of a tool I already had at home. The old man clerk (possibly owner or manager) started interrogating me about the item in question. Just an impolite, sour old geezer. The second star is because they have tools I have purchased which are indeed, tools. I will be melting them all today.

I stopped in on 6-11-22 just after they opened. I got my parts and was in and out in no time.

This location is the worst! Literally had the sales clerk argue with me. He tried to convince me I could put 14 volts in a 12 volt socket. I told him that how you start fires and cause electrical problems. He couldn't find my light bulb. A light bulb is super easy to find. I am actually not even sure he sold the correct bulb. Very unknowledgeable staff!

The guys are nice but they don't keep enough stock in basic items like key fob batteries. I tried 4 times to get them. Today they said they have 3 on order. I need 4. I bought them at Bi-mart. Price wasn't as good, but it's only good if you have the item. Will go to Auto Zone next time!
