Called to see if they had some items I wanted in stock and the guy told me he doesnt know and I'd have to come in to see. Tone wasnt very friendly. I'd rather take my business to places with better customer service.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and always eager to answer whatever question you may have. Product is usually cheaper than the box stores and comparable to online pricing, with the added benefit of being able to look and touch. I always come here first when it comes to firearm needs.
