Where to begin? I purchased an EMOVE Cruiser 52V 1600W Dual Suspension. Right off the bat, even after extensive tuning, it never hit the, advertised at the time 30mph top speed. It is now advertised as even faster but take my word for it, your product is unlikely to actually get that fast and if it doesn't, the company will do NOTHING for you besides point you back to the tuning instructions. In fact, with regards to anything related to the scooter maintenance/upkeep/performance, if you are not within a reasonable distance of their storefront, you're on your own for all of that. Even if you are within range to take it in to service that comes out of your pocket. THE WARRANTY IS SEVERELY LIMITED AND NOT WORTH PAYING EXTRA FOR. I have had my Cruiser for less than a year and I've already had to replace the front struts as they are just not that sturdy. Shortly after that one of the bolts that holds the front strut to the wheel sheared right in half and now the entire front assembly is just shot. I will not be replacing the parts (which are not covered in warranty so it would be out of pocket) as I no longer trust the structural integrity of the scooter and they refuse to allow a claim. It is now an overpriced paperweight. +1 star for pleasant but ultimately useless customer service.

Got my Cruiser a month ago and it's a beast! Great build quality, reasonable price, and the free shipping was hassle free. It arrived in perfect condition! I also like the adjustable speed settings and superb suspension. Definitely the best scooter I ever had. The customer support is fantastic. They provide very helpful answers and their video tutorials are really helpful for an inexperienced rider like me.

I have two experiences with Voro. My initial order was seamless and easy. I had a couple questions which were answered quickly and accurately by their chat...then I also was able to talk to a human being without a problem which by contrast was absolutely impossible with a particular other well known major competitor. My scooter arrived coast to coast in about 5 business days. Within an hour of unboxing I had decided that a particular feature this specific scooter (which I was unaware of) made it less than ideal and maybe a bit dangerous for my son. I contacted Voro, told them my story and they requested a simple pic of the odometer and a couple of the scooter to ensure I hadn't ran it ragged. After receiving they emailed me a return label, had me repack it well and drop it off at UPS. Within a week I had a full refund. My rep Louis provided top notch amazing customer service that brought me back for more. Fast forward to my second order...again Louis helped me out and went out of his way to make sure I found the working discount code I wanted. My Mantis Pro SE arrived in 5 days. Louis has taken the time to check up on me and continually answers every question I ask. So far my Mantis is a beast and besides some initial brake adjustments, has been plug and play fun. I love the fact that Voro customizes some well known models and makes them better and/or different in several ways. I dig the gold they are using but hope they expand that to other color options as well. Also love how they identified a need with the Mantis line (lack of a strong high headlight) and they solved it with their '22 SE model. I actually got my friend to buy a Wolf Warrior X Pro through them...and he has had a positive experience as well. Voro's treatment of me so far has been great.. and that's what will keep me coming back.

Item arrived with no charger, missing screws and parts, and a corroded wheel. Oh, and the manual has a nice line on it about how missing items are unlikely! Ha!!! Well for a $1400 purchase, maybe your money is better spent with other vendors. This has not been an ideal experience thus far. Adding to this, I ordered two scooters, one for me (reviewed above) and one for my wife. I just got to unboxing hers after my disaster and guess what!!! Her touring is missing hardware too! The headlight has NO HARDWARE!!!!! Two different scooters…. Two different processed orders….. $1400 and $900 purchases…… Jeanelle has been responsive to concerns. I am hopeful they will fix these problems.

It depends on what scooter you ordered. For the emove cruiser the website says 3-4 weeks before they ship + however long your shipping option takes.
