My experience at the Rite Aid pharmacy this evening was top notch. Dorian and his staff was unbelievably helpful and amazing. During these difficult stressful times I was very impressed with his patience, friendliness, and efficiency. Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful and making what could've been an extremely stressful experience very easy.

My my younger daughter and I went to this rite aid location the other day to pick up some cold medicine. While I was deciding which to buy, I told her she could go look around. As I finished my shopping and headed over to the aisle she said she would be in i found a employee there questioning her and mandating her to empty out her pockets from her sweater. I quickly asked her whether there was problem and my daughter started crying saying she was accusing her of stealing the worker stayed quite. I told my daughter to do as she asked, After realizing she wrongfully accused her, the worker there tried to deny she ever told her that and instead try to say she was offering help. I understand it's a bad neighborhood and these situations do happen but, How dare they try to change the story when I myself heard her tell my child to empty out her pockets, which she can't ask in the first place because she was just a cashier. I asked to speak to her manager and she said he wasn't in at the moment (which was probably also a lie). Like other reviews I've read here we too are unsatisfied with the CUSTOMER SERVICE here and will not be going back!
