The girl at the order box was super friendly and sweet. My nuggets was hot and I got extra ranch. I can’t complain. They was fairly quick too

Went there was only 3 cars in line and just ordered 1 medium fry and a large water waited for 20 minutes on basically a medium fry and when I went to the second window it was open but not one single person came and acknowledged us until they brought the food 20mins later and just said sorry for the wait and went to hand us the food and when asked how come the wait was so long the worker got snarky and rude with us and just walked away from the window without handing us the food and came back a few mins later and just handed us the food didn’t say anything didn't try to explain to us what took so long or why no one came up to the window and our fries were soggy and undercooked horrible experience will not be going back to this location this was the worst experience I’ve had at any mckdonalds ever

It's McDonald's what do you expect? but I do like the app to download so this way I can customize my order for my stuff and show up at the drive-through to grab and go instead of having to fumble for cash or credit cards. The only thing that I don't like about the app Is that they give you free food based on points but you can only get one item per day and currently I have 28000 points and if I buy 1 sandwich then I don't get the deal of the day either. It's almost like you get to go into McDonald's ask for a free sandwich based upon your points then just leave and don't buy anything else.
