The bad: I’ve never been treated so rudely by a hostess. She was passive aggressive with every interaction. (I think her name was Jasmine.) Dramatically fake nice while being patronizing. We felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we left and ate dinner somewhere else. On a positive note, I would give this place another chance if staying at the hotel again! Our issue was with one of the workers, not the restaurant itself. Workers come and go. The grounds are very pretty and the inside is decorated nice. The menu is on the fancier side and a lot of the things looked good.

This place is phenomenal. It is pricey. But you get your money's worth. The service is superb. It's a kind of place you'll find in a high class area of Portland. The food is superb.

The food was delicious. Quite the gem in Lebanon when you want good food. The service is great. Ask to sit in Carl's section. He is amazing!

Overall nice dinner experience. We tried the brisket poutine because we pove poutine and saw that was on their special list. The alcoholic drinks were stiff if you're into that. The food was pretty good for being inside a hotel. Honestly the best part was the potato soup which was super creamy and delicious. Skip the beignets if they're on the dessert menu...they were stale and made me want a fresh donut instead. Waitstaff were very nice and attentive. I'd try this place again and I hear there's an outdoor Japanese garden which we didn't see because of the winter darkness. Maybe next time.
