Everyone who works here is great, from making an appointment through to seeing the doctor. I saw Dr. Shelby and I really appreciated her thoroughness. I had complained about difficulty driving at night to a different eye doctor and was told that it was because I am over 40. Dr. Shelby found that I gave a small astigmatism and gave me a prescription to correct for it. Now my night driving is just fine, even if I am over 40. I really like that they don't pressure you to buy your glasses or contacts from them. I did end up buying glasses there, and the fitting process was great - my glasses are perfect.

I went here last year to get my exam. They do not have a lot of variety on glasses at all. I wanted to keep my current frames. The sales girl was soo rude because i didn't like any of their frames and honestly treated me like I couldn't afford a new set of frames. She belittled me and was very rude. She also told me that "I probably don't even have lenses for those glasses you are wearing" without even looking them up. I let her know that I would be buying them elsewhere then. She magically had them. They never adjusted my frames either. They are calling me now for my new eye exam but there's no way I'm going back. For such a nice place, you lack people skills.
