Lots of swings, slides, splash pad, a paved walk following the river, fishing, pavilion etc.

Great walking paths along the river, lots of shade trees, with great play areas with splash pad for the kids including lowered basketball hoops on 2 half courts.

If there is I would assume sunrise to sunset. That is the park hours and when the restrooms lock and unlock.
