I will not be back. I have absolutely no confidence in this garage. I came in for inspection and emissions. I let them know I needed a headlight, an oil change and there was a leak in the front left tire that needed fixed. Afterward I asked about the tire, they hadn't fixed it stating I'd need to make another appointment to get it done. Although the paperwork states the tire pressure at 38 it was at 27 and the sensor light was still on. They charged me for an oil change but didn't reset the computer or put up a sticker, when I asked to see the new filter they were too busy to put my car on a lift. I don't trust that they actually did it and will not return to this location or even this company.

Id got to admit, it is a job well done for the evaluation of my AC system and ramped the fuse voltage to just simply work. No need to look for spare parts anymore.

Horrible experience. They cracked my windshield while changing my tires then denied doing so. So I sent to corporate. They said they’d investigate then get back to me in a week. Three months later I’ve heard nothing and every time I call they say they’ll call me back and they don’t.

Quickly assessed tire issue and fixed problem within an hour. Everyone very nice to speak with.

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
I'd call.
They are wearing their mask, they have the floor stating social distancing and they have plastic shields infront of the employees. I felt very safe.
They won't answer you here, but they will not install used tires, and the stem question will be vehicle specific depending on year, it may require a TPMS rebuild kit, or a complete TPMS unit.
Not sure. Call them.
call them. they wont answer here
