They won't answer you here, but they will not install used tires, and the stem question will be vehicle specific depending on year, it may require a TPMS rebuild kit, or a complete TPMS unit.

Never put used tires or mismatched tires on your car you're just asking to get in a accident . Very important to put all same tires on your car brand new.
