Costumer service is bad. They look tired and not friendly at all. Two people behind desk and one of them is on personal device. There is a girl sitting with her legs on the table and when we ask for help she just sends us to someone else. We got pass for summer kids play free, we still paid for adults but they still say "don't worry about it your still getting a cheap deal" that's just rude. With that aditude I would rather go to kings pin or somewhere else even if they charge more. I work in costumer service also and I will still go a extra mile no matter how much you pay me. But all they did is ruin my day and make me feel uncomfortable and I don't feel like coming back to this place.

Husted’s is an absolute favorite for my entire family and I. It is a fun environment where bowlers of all skill levels can have a wonderful time. The bar area also hosts really fun karaoke nights. The atmosphere is really positive and the employees are friendly, attentive, and dedicated to creating a fantastic experience for everyone. Definitely recommend Husted’s!

Food was ok it was pretty mediocre but it wasn’t bad. The staff were ok for the most part definitely not the most customer service oriented but they weren’t rude. Good experience over all. 4 star review.

First off, Good size and clean with a great bar. Fun when open to the public. We've been turned away countless times. Saying that they won't have lanes open for several days. We bought our balls and had them drilled at the proshop which was a great experience. But were turned away when we tried using the vouchers for a free game, with ball purchase. Everyday we call asking for a lane and they say its booked all morning and evening. Leaving a small window open for people who don't have to work normal job hours.
