I have worked at Discount Tire for over 6 years. Trained people that are now managers. I sat at this Les Schwab for over 2 hours for the guy to walk in and tell me the inside edge was too worn. Its at 3/32 whoch is still reparable. And instead of helping me out he tried to sell me a tire at over 300 dollars. Never going back then they let me leave with the flat. Perfect customer service

I love these guys and gals! Their tires and rims, after all these years, are still affordable and in fashion. If you need work done on your vehicle go see them! They can do a great amount of work for a reasonable amount out of pocket. They're willing to work with you so be polite to them. It'll get you far. They mean well and rapidly you will know this also. Great business!

As a single woman, I have been ripped off and lied to in the past, so I have a hard time trusting mechanics now, but these guys were so patient with me. They could have totally taken advantage, as I had them look over everything to make sure it was all good. They told me what needed to be done right now and what could wait. I've been going to this Les Schwab for years. I had to go in today because my tire was damaged and it couldn't wait. I had two toddlers in tow and were going to have to wait. They got me right in and took care of my car. I appreciated the wifi so we could use our iPad for entertainment. My little one loved walking around, checking out the tires, and watching the crew work out the windows. The time went by very quickly and we were on our way in no time. Everyone was very friendly and good with the kids too.
