I bought a 22 pistol for my husband for our 10 yr anniversary and I really wanted to personalize it. On the Spot Engraving did an amazing job engraving a personal message on my gun. I would highly recommend getting anything engraved here. Ill definitely be coming back to personalize more guns :) Not to mention, my husband was very impressed too!

They scratched my bracelet and would not buffer it out. Paid full price. Horrible customer service, I went twice to try and talk to the owner but he was “on lunch” so they told me to come back later. I came back 3 hours later and he was already “gone for the day” but saw his truck there. Don’t waste your time.

That's not engraving, that's embroidery. You would have to call and ask.
Hi Cindy, We do our best to get your item done as fast as possible, but it does depend on what it is. If it is jewelry, or watches we can do that while you wait. This is true for most metal objects.
