Priced way to high for little access and size of units. Told me not to use their newly remodeled bathroom by the office but the porta potty out by the gate... nice.. also they only give u 30 minutes to access your unit unless u call ahead of time and okay a longer time. Like I pay 170 bucks a month to rent a 10x10 box with a door that I can't use the real bathroom or use my storage unit to store and organize all my stuff.

Do not use Trojan storage. I was miss billed an extra 5$ a month at the start of my service time, I said okay and dealt with it. Then I got trapped in the gates for over an hour , went through the service line got not help and didn’t get out until another customer came in. All I got was a “sorry”. Also had to update my credit card and ended up being late on a payment, came in to pay and was charged a 20$ Late fee. Only perk I’ve experienced here was the 3 month summer session price (supposed to be 85 but was charged 90) then it goes back to 180$ a month. I will be finding another storage facility elsewhere, save yourself the headache and do so also.
